The IHSA has just announced that the Luther North Girls Basketball Team has been awarded the IHSA Team Academic Achievement Award for their outstanding work in the classroom during the 2011-12 season. To achieve this honor, the team had to have a total team GPA of 3.0 or higher (they actually had a 3.1 average). This is the third Wildcat team to be honored this school year as the volleyball team and girls cross country team earned the honor this fall. Congratulations to our excellent student-athletes!
