Luther Singers

The Luther Singers, some of Luther North’s best vocalists, perform in a small, twelve-person ensemble. Luther Singers are not necessarily members of the choir, but they are talented singers and are chosen by audition.

In addition to performing at each of the three band and choir concerts each year, the Luther Singers make many other appearances as well. The Singers regularly perform at Luther North’s weekly chapel services and are occasionally invited to sing at Lutheran churches in the area. This past year, the singers were even invited to sing a few Christmas carols on Chicago radio station US99!

The Luther Singers perform a wide variety of music, ranging from traditional hymns and other sacred works to popular music and show tunes. For more information about Luther Singers, contact Kristi Heinz.
