Transcript Request

It’s easy to request a transcript from Luther High School North. Simply download the Luther North Transcript Request Form (PDF), fill it out following the included directions and send it to the school registrar.

You can now pay with paypal! Just fill in the name of the Alumnus/Student who is requesting the Transcripts below and click ‘Buy Now’.
Don’t want to use paypal? You can still mail in a check with the Transcript Request Form.
