It's easy to request a transcript from Luther High School North. Simply...
- Download the Luther North Transcript Request Form. (NOTE: Price of Luther North transcripts has been changed to $10! Please download the new form to reflect this!)
- Fill it out following the included directions
- Send it to the school registrar.
You can now pay with paypal! Just fill in the name of the Alumnus/Student who is requesting the Transcripts and click 'Buy Now'.
Don't want to use paypal? You can still mail in a check with the Transcript Request Form.
